I obtained my BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore in July 2016. For my BSc final year project, I worked under Assoc. Prof. Yulin Lam on the synthesis of fluorogenic probes to monitor the activity of the enzyme cytosolic phospholipase A2. In October 2016, I received a Clarendon Fund Scholarship to join the Donohoe group, where I now work on the total synthesis of pectenotoxin-4. Outside the lab, I am an aspiring writer and an unabashed connoisseur of the Animes, and spend my free time on those pursuits accordingly.
